Displayed “from” prices are the lowest figures for each layout in the supplied October 2025 sales chart. They are historical chart references, not confirmation of today’s price or an available unit. Promotions, discounts, eligibility, unit selection and other conditions require current written confirmation. Displayed prices do not include every purchase or ownership cost.
Plans and floor areas
Plans are reproduced from the supplied Queenswoodz brochure and sales kit. The A2 and B2 brochure images are cropped at the page edge; separately labelled general Type A/B drawings are references. Check the complete, latest approved plan, dimensions, orientation, parking allocation and specifications for your selected unit before booking or purchase. Buyer suitability descriptions are general suggestions.

Mortgage estimates
The mortgage calculator estimates monthly principal and interest from your entered price, down payment, loan tenure and annual interest rate using a constant-rate amortisation calculation.
