Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, contact number, preferred layout and enquiry purpose. These details are entered voluntarily. Required fields help Ric respond; you may instead use the direct WhatsApp button or browse without registering. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information through this form.
How the WhatsApp form works
The form prepares your details in your browser and opens WhatsApp with a draft message. It does not automatically send the message or save form entries to a site database. Ric receives the details only when you choose to send them in WhatsApp. WhatsApp and its service providers process information under their own privacy terms, which may involve processing outside Malaysia.
How your information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your property enquiry, discuss layouts and availability, arrange a requested visit and follow up on that enquiry. Enquiry consent is not consent to unrelated promotional messages. If agency or developer assistance is needed for a service you request, Ric will explain any necessary sharing before arranging it, unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical information and retention
The current site does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts. Hosting and communications providers may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, for delivery and security under their own policies. WhatsApp correspondence may remain in enquiry records; it should be kept only as long as necessary for the enquiry or applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can ask Ric to access or correct information you have supplied, withdraw enquiry consent, stop follow-up messages or request deletion, subject to applicable legal record requirements. Send your request through WhatsApp using the contact below. Withdrawing consent may limit the ability to continue your requested service. Identity verification may be needed to protect your information.
